MacIntosh is a younger three parts brother to Milano.
MacIntosh has been used almost exclusively by Camelot Stables as a
breeding stallion.
MacIntosh is a very athletic, straight and correct horse. He
possesses tremendous scope over a jump. He is an impressive
stallion that seems to breed a consistent type of youngster, while being
bred to a wide variety of types of mares.
MacIntosh's offspring have been a very refined, balanced and
nice-natured
group. They seem to inherit his love of jumping and the scope to do
it well.
The Mosquito bloodlines for the past many years have been very
successful in
producing good three day eventers and jumpers particularly.
In recent years though, Mosquito and his sons have
become popular as broodmare sires. The
Mosquito bred mares are now themselves producing exceptional young
horses. |
